Professional Appraisal Software (PAS) is distributed with a manual and includes a context sensitive Help system. We urge you to refer to these as your first resource. Failing that, we can be contacted in the following manner:

Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
If you phone for support and are passed on to our voice mail, it is because we are busy with another client or occasionally out of the office exhibiting at a trade show. Leave a reasonably detailed message about your problem and be sure to leave your phone number twice. We strive to get back to you within 4 hours but failing that within 24 hours.
Our goal is to return email inquiries within 24 hours. We check our incoming email throughout the day.

You must be a current PAS user and have an active technical support contract to download files from the Updates page. Should you experience problems, please email or call.
