Purchase Information
If PAS does not exceed expectations, return it within 30 days and get your money back.
Installation, configuration, and tutorial support are provided over the phone.
When you order PAS, we send a manual, CD and important guidelines for installation. Once you receive the software, we schedule a phone meeting to assist you with installation, configuration and a tutorial. (Generally it takes about 1-1/2 hours.) When we complete the tutorial together, you are 'up and running' and ready to appraise with PAS. Included in your initial purchase is a full year of technical support.
After the first year there is an annual support fee that includes all technical support and PAS updates. The updates are regularly distributed via the Internet.

With your order of PAS, you receive a discount for a subscription to The Guide - a pricing publication for gems.
Rapaport
You can also use Rapaport, a diamond pricing publication, with PAS. Directions for downloading are provided with your packet.
Perfect Diagram
This easy to use plotting feature automatically presents you with the appropriate plot diagram and allows you to pick from a legend of inclusion symbols or draw inclusions yourself. You can purchase Perfect Diagram to extend your choice of plot diagrams (it contains over 300 different plots) and you can insert plots wherever you like in the finished report. In addition, PAS automatically prints a legend of plotting symbols used to accompany the plot in the report.
Gem eSquare
Gem eSquare, the first digital gemstone color grading system, is now integrated with PAS. It was refined in cooperation with GIA as a teaching tool and is now a useful tool for grading color in gemstones. This custom color communication software module is designed to standardize the way the gemstone sector talks about color.
